SMS Terms of Service

Purpose

SMS messages are transactional only and limited to event-related notifications:

• Check-in confirmation
• Station calls (when it's your turn)
• Completion notice

Message Frequency

Expected frequency is up to approximately 6 messages per event visit, depending on your progress through the assessment stations.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.

Opt-Out & Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Delivery Provider

SMS messages are delivered via Twilio and supported on all major US carriers.

Privacy

Your phone number is used solely for event-related SMS communications. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties (except Twilio for delivery). See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
